Footage shows the moment California Highway Patrol personnel spotted and rescued a man clinging to a cliff above Baker Beach in San Francisco, California. According to San Francisco Fire Department officials, a 911 call was received for a person stuck and yelling for help. The man was not injured and refused any medical attention at the scene, officials said.
