Law enforcement joins with Croghan for drug awareness program
Croghan Colonial Bank is partnering with the Oak Harbor Police Department, Sandusky County Sheriff’s Office, the Norwalk Police Department, and Light House Sober Living for upcoming Bright Futures events.
Community members, educators, parents, and guardians are invited to these complimentary events to bring awareness to the dangers of drugs, peer pressure, and the importance of financial responsibility. Attendees will learn the tools and knowledge needed to speak openly to their children about these topics, according to a press release.
Event speakers include Croghan employees, who will share financial education information and introduce helpful options Croghan offers. Next, local law enforcement representatives will discuss how children encounter peer pressure today. Finally, local recovering addicts will share their stories, bringing awareness to local drug use.
